ABOUT ME –
I am Nick Banfield, Wellbeing Coach and Chartered Psychologist, based in Falmouth, Cornwall, UK.
Using a combination of Positive Psychology techniques and coaching models, to best suit your needs, I aim to help you become the best possible you through challenging self-imposed boundaries and developing pathways and willpower to achieving your goals and purpose. As part of wellbeing, I also take clients into the sea to improve their positive emotion and confidence.
My qualifications include an MSc in Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology, Chartered Psychologist (CPsychol)), member of the International Coaching Federation, working within the ICF ethical framework, swimming coach (pool and Open water), mindfulness meditation teacher and lifeguard. I have participated in a variety of sports competitions, including surfing, triathlons, swimming and squash/racketball.
Way of working -I offer a free initial discussion to see how I can help you improve your wellbeing, followed by four coaching sessions in which we investigate and apply positive psychology tools and techniques to sustain your wellbeing.
